Swiggy Announces Builders Club - Turning AI Commerce Infrastructure into a Builder Ecosystem

Bengaluru, India. Swiggy announced that it is launching soon Swiggy Builders Club, a new community, partnership, and builder-enablement program designed for developers, startups and enterprises building AI-native commerce experiences on top of Swiggy's platforms.

While Swiggy's earlier MCP launch opened up the core commerce infrastructure, Builders Club is a distinct next step: it is the ecosystem layer around that infrastructure - focused on who builds, how they get access, how they collaborate with Swiggy, what skills they can contribute, and how standout integrations scale into real partnerships.

When it launches, Builders Club will open access to 3 MCP servers and 18+ API tools across Food, Instamart, and Dineout - enabling approved builders to create AI agents, copilots, assistants, and integrations that can take real-world actions like ordering food, shopping groceries, or booking dining experiences.

Who can request access, and how

Builders Club is open to developers, startups, and enterprises. The builder journey is:

1. Build locally - prototype on http://localhost against a stub or staging endpoint. You don't need credentials to start.
2. Record a video - a short screen capture of your agent flow working end-to-end.
3. Apply - submit the form with your video link, integration name, redirect URIs, and use case.
4. Review - our team reviews for fit and capacity. A good video usually unlocks staging during review.
5. Get access - receive API credentials and onboarding docs once approved.
6. Ship - build against live Swiggy APIs and stay in touch via builders@swiggy.in.
