01How does enterprise onboarding work?
Apply through our form with your business details and use case. We’ll review your application, run security and compliance checks, then set up a custom onboarding call. Once approved, we whitelist your OAuth redirect URLs and assign a named partner manager. The whole process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
02How does the integration process work?
After approval, you get a dedicated partner manager who works with your team on a tailored integration plan. We provide technical documentation and hands-on support throughout. Most enterprise integrations go live within 4–6 weeks.
03What kind of compliance support do you offer?
We help with data handling agreements, privacy compliance (including DPDP Act), and security audits. We’ll work with your legal and compliance teams to ensure everything meets your standards and ours.
04What are the enterprise rate limits?
The gateway enforces per-user and aggregate caps (429 + Retry-After; no X-RateLimit headers). Rather than fixed public quotas, we plan capacity with you around your expected traffic and scale as you grow.
05Can we white-label the integration?
Your customers interact with your brand. We provide the commerce backend - ordering, delivery logistics, inventory - while you control the user experience. Co-branding with “Powered by Swiggy” is required for attribution, but the product is yours.
